Perfect location with numerous dining options nearby. The spacious, clean room offers comfort, and it’s conveniently close to bus stops and the metro station. I particularly appreciate that their premier suites include a washer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, making the experience even better. We plan to stay here again when we return to Korea. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amenities, and service.

Great location. Near palace, city hall, the market, myeongdong shopping, Seoul art museum and the stream. Connected to same name dept store with food hall in basement. Airport “limo” bus stop right outsidd hotel. Service was amazing.

This hotel was fantastic. We enjoyed staying here since it was conveniently located. I personally would not stay here if I didn’t have children but it is close to shopping and dining. When I booked the hotel, I was excited to see that there was a spa that was available for guests and also an airport shuttle from the airport. This is false advertising. The spa and shuttle is not available for guests free of charge. We paid approximately $50 to use the spa, so just be prepared for that. The customer service was excellent and the restaurants were amazing in the hotel. Also there is nothing open for coffee and breakfast before 7am in the hotel or even close by.
