The bed was comfortable but a little too soft for my liking and the pillows were definitely too soft. Be prepared for the $33/d fee for parking in the garage. "Hotel did not have reservation. No apology offered. Expedia resolved w hotel after 35 minutes on phone. Parking costs $46 but if you are not a hotel guest, you can book thru a provider for $13. So embassy suites fleeces their guests to the max. Happy hour and free breakfast appreciated. Suite appreciated."

"We arrived and checked in easily and quickly. When we arrived at our room, the maid was still in the process of cleaning the room. The front desk offered to switch out the room but we had already dropped off luggage so they compensated our parking for us. The breakfast buffet was good, room clean and comfortable.
