The service was excellent. The room was very clean and fresh. I especially liked the service from Heather in the dining area, she was very attentive and polite and recommended very good menu choices. Personally, I love colors so I would add a little color to the lobby area. Overall, it’s a 10/10.

Everything about this hotel was clean and great the only recommendation I would have is to keep the coffee place open little bit longer because people are generally traveling when they stay with them and they are more likely to wake up later

Great Hotel. Clean, well lit. Staff was awesome. Heather in the lounge was very knowledgeable about the hotel, what it had to offer and other info regarding the neighborhood. Great place to stay. Parking was adequate and easy to navigate underground garage which was attached to multiple areas of Crystal City.
