The room was cleaned everyday The hotel was quiet and the staff was helpful. The sheets on the beds were made out of burlap, so rough. Breakfast was horrible coffee was even worse. If you’re looking for a clean quiet room, this is it. Oh the shower is great!

The staff was welcoming, the room was very clean and a good size for a family of 3. While there was no room service there was a cafe/bar open on the evenings and breakfast served in the morning. Additionally, they had one of the best lobby shop I've seen in a property like this. Lots of items available to eat! I will definitely stay there again!

Our Stay at Hilton Garden Inn National Harbor was okay. The facility could use remodeling however, there's a strong odor in the lobby near the elevators where they're trying to mask with an overworked air freshner. Beware of the drinks at the bar theyre over priced we pd $18.00 for a mere small glass of wine, head to the nearby Walmart for spirits. The roof top definitely needs some work and looked messy, with dead and dying plants, and amateur looking landscaping totally no ambience. However, we found it nice sitting out relaxing out there once the sun went down. Theres no pool or hot-tub. Our Room service was great the staff friendly with smiles.

We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, and they absolutely adored our dog, Rosie. It’s clear they genuinely love having pets as guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for exploring Alexandria. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.Traveling with a dog can sometimes be stressful, but this hotel made it effortless. Rosie felt just as welcome as we did, and that meant so much to us. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re in Alexandria. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or simply looking for exceptional hospitality!

Room was very clean and had ample space. Front desk staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay again! Note: They do have an additional deposit (ours was $150 for 3 nights) that is refunded at check out if there are no damages.
