"Beautiful apartment with 2 bed 2 bath and full kitchen. Easy access from the tube about 10 minutes walking. Host met me at arrival. Nice and clean, only thing is the drains in the bathroom sinks drain a bit slow and the shower water pressure is a bit low. Overall great stay and would repeat."

"The hotel is a bit tucked away and was initially a bit difficult to find as my google maps kept spinning direction, possibly due to the environment. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Room was spacious and very clean. I liked the lighting options along with heating and air conditioning. An affordable place to stay in canary wharf. No dining but did offer coffee, crisps & snacks. We got back after 11pm and all the restaurants were closed so if you're peckish, eat beforehand or it's a delivery...

"This was an excellent place to stay while attending a conference at London ExCel. Easily walkable, just off the Queen Elizabeth line. Clean and comfortable accommodation. "

"The accommodation was excellent and clean. The negative was there was 4 pods of milk in the room for 2 people and when I asked for some more milk for the room I was told by receptionist milk was short so I couldn’t have any. I am disappointed that this could not be addressed. "

"The stay was OK, but the rooms were quite warm with no cooling so had to leave the window open. Rooms are looking a little dated and could do with a spruce up. Customer service was excellent though, especially Bob on reception, he couldn’t do enough for you and made our stay very pleasant."

"Die Unterkunft war an sich sehr sauber und wirklich schön eingerichtet.. Ein paar Möbel bzw Artikel könnten mal erneuert werden , so wie die Kloschüssel oder der Aufbau über dem Kühlschrank. Ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau.. Leider ist die Unterkunft ziemlich hellhörig, sei es der Flur oder durch die Zimmerwände, man hat alles trotz Ohrstöpsel sehr laut gehört. Die ersten 2 Nächte hatten wir schlimme Leute im Haus, die so Theater gemacht haben, sei es nachts im Flur oder morgens im Zimmer...
