"Excellent, we are in one night. My husband tried to use the sauna, steam room. Steam room out of action, sauna ok. Entering the facility was difficult. Signage poor, especially if spectacles are needed and none taken to the spa area. No staff to explain within this area. Changing room, lockers my husband found very difficult to use not being able to see how, no one to explain."

"Not bad. Property is used by locals as a wedding venue so there were many visitors joining to discuss this. Lunch area gets packed. Menu of food was good on Wednesday. "Great one night stay at this hotel for an event at the O2 Arena. Excellent transport connections by rail, tube or the cable car. Hotel was perfect for what we wanted, check in easy, good view, room clean and tea/coffee making facilities. Sister hotel next door with use of their bar and terrace offering stunning views over docks and O2 and Canary Wharf. Nice area surrounding hotel, away from the hustle and bustle and felt nice and relaxed. Will definitely be returning. "

"This Biulding oozes history and charm. While it is clearly a little tired and basic on the accommodation, which is reflected in the price. The breakfast was exceptional and amazing value!
