We booked a classic room & checked in at 3. Our room wasn’t ready for over an hour and a half so we were given 2 complimentary drinks, then we were upgraded to an executive room. Beautiful room and little balcony which was lovely (dockside). Great breakfast too (free of charge for all). Will definitely be returning

Fantastic alternative hotel and well worth the location being a little way out of central London. Rooms very generous size, all areas of ship spotless, staff very pleasant. Food in bar was delicious. Only negative during entire stay was that the cooked breakfast buffet food was barely warm. Would definitely stay here again, fantastic place to stay

This stay was part of a surprise birthday gift and it did not disappoint. Friendly and helpful check in by the member of staff on duty. We had a room with a river view which just added to the experience. We were only there for one night but in that time everything we needed was there. Breakfast was nice and hot but as in any hotel that we have stayed in it does get busy at peak times and sometimes you will need to wait for items to be replenished. Would we stay again, definately!

The staff were very professional, from start to finish it was a very classy experience. We stayed in the classic room, river view. I cant imagine the dock view would have privacy. And if we stayed again would love to splash out and stay in the Executive room. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of cold and cooked food, all of high quality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only negatives were that the TV was small, not many UK sockets in the room, and my partner felt too many large mirrors but I didn't mind the latter.
