The room was spotless and the staff even under the stress of the fire alarm going off and locking the entrance to the stairs or lift, still delivered. If you work in customer services where can happen that you have not prepared yourself for and still stay calm. I give them 5/5

We were staying close by for the British Masters at the Aquatic Centre. The accommodation was only 20 min walk to the centre. They were very good in allowing us to leave our cases with them when we arrived early. They also managed to let us into our room slightly earlier and upgraded our accommodation. We had a comfortable weekend and were pleased with all of the facilities.

Really spacious room/apartment with all the bits I needed in the kitchen. Super clean, and although i was worried about noise as it's on a main road - that turned out to not be a problem. Friendly staff at the front desk and easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again!

I liked the kitchen in the room. It was very useful. The room was clean, lots of light. The bathroom was in good condition. I had a very good sleep. The staff were good and helpful. All in alll a good hotel. I would stay here again.

Short stop in London

Stayed for three nights to go to a nearby event. Very good location, 15 mins walk from the huge Westfield centre and 25 mins walk to the 2012 Olympic village. Hotel was clean and very well run, we loved the complimentary coffee and croissants in the mornings. The hotel is on a major bus route and short ride from underground, overground and DLR transport routes. The staff were discreet and extremely helpful.

Lovely self-catered flat

Roomzz is a great place to stay when in London. The hotel has secure off street parking ( for a surcharge) and you need to swipe your card in order to enter the hotel. We had a double room with a spacious lounge. The offered a simple, continental breakfast. The hotel is close to downtown Stratford and convenient for transportation. My only criticism is in regards to the hotels.com. On my app, they listed the property as having been paid for already. However, at the hotel they were asking for payment. This involved then having to go back through credit card statements as the trip had been booked in December. This caused a delay when checking in.

Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient.

Didn't stay long enough!

Tried the option of an Aparthotel for the first time in London, and it was highly convenient. Bed was comfy, lifts were accessible, quiet area and close enough of a walk to tube station. Only stayed the one night, but if in Stratford, this is a great pick.

We were met at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady and to our surprise we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family.
