Lovely facility. Good food. If you want to stay in Bethnal Green then I highly recommend Town Hall Hotel. Have coffee at Pavilion in Victoria Park and go for a walk along Regent Canal.

This is a nice hotel with great staff but the condition of the room really doesn’t warrant the price. I had a one bedroom suite and while the space was great, the decor was tried, tiles chipped, sealant peeling away in bathroom etc. needs a good spruce up to be worth the money for the stay. Communal areas are lovely and staff were great but rooms were tired and a bit of a let down.

Beautiful hotel, rooms are fabulous, I had a suite which was spacious with everything I needed. Pool and gym were great and easy walking distance to Bethnal green station. Only thing that could be improved was breakfast; choice was limited and not the best produce.

A nice hotel and friendly staff. AC in my room didn't work. The VIP benefit of a bottle of wine is nice, but for a single guest who stays 2 nights, not adequate. Breakfast could have been a better one.

Large, quiet rooms in classy hotel.

The hotel is very nice, and clean and the room was especially quiet (no A/C noise) and very large. A separate living room/kitchen area and then the bedroom. Very high ceiling and cozy furniture made it very relaxing. There was a slight issue with the sink draining, but they fixed it quickly. The gym, like most in the UK, was small, but it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely stay here again if I could.

Amazing service, saved us when we were without a hotel at short notice. Very friendly helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Great location 6 min Walk to tube. If i had to criticise, would be parking situation but apart from that, I can only recommend this hotel! 5*****

The only hotel I will stay at in London. Have been coming here for 20 years . It’s a home away from home! The staff are so kind and genuine and the place is a rare, gorgeous gem in one of the most interesting areas of London.

Near the Bethnal Green tube stop easy access into London’s main attraction on the central Line. 50m from the V&A kids museum and lots of good restaurants across the road. The pool and gym are great and the rooms (suite with kitchen) was excellent value

After the first night, it was very nice. It is not a 5-star hotel, at least as rated in the US, but it's probably a 3-4 star, and more affordable as it's out a bit from the main part of the city. When we first arrived, we received an inferior room, nothing like what had been advertised. We were told the room would be cleaned and available soon - we waited. And waited. And were exhausted so stayed in the (quite) inferior room one night. And then had to move the next day. If you stay here, make sure you get the room you reserved. The restaurant is very very good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Town Hall Hotel. Our room was G4: 2 bedroom, 2 bath, A living room, a kitchen, washing-drier combo. Fast internet. Our room was clean. Check in and out very easy. All the staff was very friendly. Metro station: Bethnal Green about 2 minute walk from the hotel. Easy access to all the attractions from this station.0 I did not get to use the pool, but I am sure it was nice. Supermarket: COOP

Terrific hotel; rooms at the back are noisier because of the car park. Beds are the best I know which is the most important of all. Staff is very very friendful and helpful. We will go back, no doubt!
