Very close to London airport terminal and station and within relatively easy access to nice riverside walk area on the other side of the river. Helpful and supportive reception staff. Very budget friendly for single travellers to London. Friendly and efficient. My room was small but perfect for what I needed.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, great location, less than 5 minutes walk from Airport. My only comment is that if I had planned to do work there I would have been extremely disappointed, the "work desk" is not only tiny but is also home for the kettle, coffee etc.( see attached photo). They should remove work desk from the list of what's in the room

I only stayed one night for a morning flight at London City Airport the next day. The room was smaller than expected but perfectly serviceable for a solo traveler on a short stay. Everything was clean and all the overnight essentials were there. If I'm on need of a hotel for. London City Airport flight again, I would 100% stay here. The short walk from the DLR and to the airport were beyond convenient.
