"Location is great nice walk in to Keswick about 20 mins. Food and drink very nice and a good price. Staff all friendly and helpful. Hotel needs some renovation work but for a couple of nights it's a lovely place to stay. "

"The bathroom was clean, as was the bedroom, except carpet was very worn & not so clean looking. We had twin beds, which were comfortable. We ate dinner at the pub that evening & the food & service were both good! The included, cooked to order breakfast was very tasty. All the staff were helpful!"

"Stayed 1 night for our wedding anniversary, food (fixed menu) was amazing with every course announced when served. Location is quiet and secluded even though it is off the main road (not very busy). We had a wonderful view of the mountains and lake. Will definitely go again."

"Excellent b and b, right in the heart of Keswick with parking, within easy walking distance to all of the shops, pubs and restaurants. Kevin and Xueyan made us feel very welcome and looked after us during are stay. This is the second time that I have stayed at this b and b and I will definately be visiting again."
