"This was an excellent propery to stay at in New York. Very short walk to Penn Station, easy to get to subway and transportation to airport. A short walk to Times Square and the Empire State as well Easy check in process, staff were helpful and effecient. Room was small (expected for NY), but clean and had everythng you would need (enough plug ins, closet, towels) Had a decent free breakfast in the morning, eating area is small, but you can always eat outside (weather permitting)or take it...

"The location was amazing. Close to everything, we walked most of the time. I’m not used to the big city so was a bit frazzled the first day trying to park and unload. Joel from the staff was kind and patient with me, very friendly and helpful. The staff overall were great. The room was narrow, but to be expected in the city. There was a wait for the elevator but with 34 floors they also had to accommodate a lot of people so it didn’t bother me. My only real complaint is the bed was creaky and...
