"Initially, because we booked on Expedia they tried to stick us in a bad room and wouldn’t honour the room upgrade offer. Once I demanded to speak to a manager they were all of a sudden able to find me a room upgrade. Very nice otherwise. "

"It’s an ok hotel in a good central location. Lots of restaurants and other attractions close by. Not much in the hotel for food and amenities. Asked about using some Hilton gift cards at the hotel, and lady at reception could have cared less. Very unhelpful. Good Bell Staff. "
