"The staff was incredible! We felt cared about by almost everyone who worked there: the front desk, the bell captain, the women who cleaned our room, even the person who got taxis for people! We will stay here again! Also, the room and bathroom were very nice and clean!"

"Upon arrival the aesthetics were superb! Headed to the reception desk, the service there was great as well. The only negative thing I experienced were pieces of hair and lash clusters scattered throughout different areas on the room (the towels, the bed sheets, the couch, couch pillows, etc.). Other than that, I would stay again and recommend a new room if that happens to you."

"It was a great hotel! Beautiful rooftop patio, lively lobby bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had cool decor. I also love Le Labo Santal 33 toiletries that they provide in the rooms. It’s also in a great location with Bryant park a block away! I’m definitely staying here again! "
