Absolutely loved our stay at The Langham during our Christmas visit to New York. The location is incredible, the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating, the property is beautiful as was our suite, and The Club Access was a perk that will have us booking at The Langham every time we come to NYC.

I have stayed here many times. It says a lot that I recognize the staff. They are kind, considerate, the concierge is fantastic, and they remember your name. The rooms are not NY rooms. They are huge with so much closet space. Absolutely fantastic gem in NYC!

This is our second visit to the Langham New York. Our suite was beautiful and spacious. We love using the Club amenities for breakfast and a pre-dinner glass of wine. All of the staff make us feel special. We will continue to stay here when in New York.

We had a wonderful stay again at The Langham, I was travelling with my 13 year old son and felt very safe. All the staff were very friendly and hospitable but a particular shout out must go to Eja, one of the doormen, who went out of his way to ensure everything was great for our stay. He kept us right with various tips on getting about, sorting our bags and taxi back to the airport, nothing was too much for him. He is a credit to The Langham.

The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. There are many great hotels in NYC, but the Langham’s 5th Avenue location is absolutely, positively perfect. Thank you for the warm welcome and excellent customer service.
