The best hotel I've ever been to hands down. The location is extraordinary at Columbus Circle, you can get to anywhere in New York with the metro station a few steps aways. Whole Foods and Target are right there as well as coffee shops and stores.The staff and service is phenomenal, rooms are clean and wonderful, the views of NY from the room are gorgeous. We went for our honeymoon and we couldn't be happier. Seeing my wife with a smile on her face the whole trip because of how pampered she felt was so worth it. Service from the valets, the concierges, bell boys, cleaning staff, etc is superb. We made the right choice as all of this made this trip feel magical.

The Mandarin Oriental is first class and has a fantastic view of Central Park. After the hustle and bustle of Manhattan, this is a wonderful place to recharge and relax. The Christmas decorations were great and the kids loved the North Pole Post Office and chocolate. We would definitely come back.

Exceptional service and the staff are friendly. The room service was excellent and we asked for late check out because our flight was later and we decided to stay in room since it was raining hard outside and the person who brought our room service brought us a complimentary espresso later on and a little snack so sweet gesture.
