The hotel was close to the Newark airport. Shuttles run every half hour from EWR. The restaurant was sub standard and expensive. The breakfast buffet however was excellent and a decent value and staff were very nice. In general, all the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We would stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near to the airport and the free 24/7 shuttle is even more convenient. The amenities are great but other standout ones are the on-site restaurant (good menu) and indoor pool. The room was clearn and fairly spacious but the shower floor was worn and could do with a redo. Overall, its a good stay.

It was great experience, the indoor pool is nice, and the room is clean. Room cleaning was a bit early in the morning and long time to wait for the elevator but otherwise, it was great.

The room was decent for a 29 hr trip. I hated the traffic trying to get to the hotel. There were hundreds of people right off the highway, blocking traffic. But the staff at the hotel was very friendly, helpful and compassionate.

We had booked a top floor room with NYC view but when we arrived at property we found out that pets are only allowed on the first and second floor. That was not mentioned on the website. There was a fee for breakfast that is normally free at other facilities. Pool was nice and clean and gym area as well.
