"Overall I had a good stay. You’re definitely paying for the location. It’s awesome! You’re right by the national history museum, and I could easily jump on the underground and get to all the sights really quickly. I had the single (twin bed) room. It was small, but functional. Housekeeping did a great job of refreshing my room and the front desk man was great. The lift was out of service during my entire visit, so that was a bit annoying having to walk up and down from the top floor, but...

"This property was centrally located near many great dining options and the Earl’s Court tube station. The property was undergoing renovations during our stay and I imagine it’ll be a great upgrade to the building once completed. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London. The proprietor was exceptionally welcoming and helpful as was the staff."

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and well-located. Although property management is not onsite, they were very responsive when we had requests, including calling me to follow up. They were also quick to respond when we had questions during the booking process. I would stay at this or another Stayo property in the future."

"Incredibly frustrating experience. When we arrived, there were dirty linens in garbage bags in main entrance and in closets. No clean linens or towels provided. We had to call to get service, and had to spend our time taking pictures and emailing them to the contact number. Eventually someone entered the flat (without knocking) and just stayed in one of the rooms until linens were delivered. We were so uncomfortable, that we left.
