Room clean and tidy, Bathroom looks like it’s just had a refit very nice. Excellent location for the Royal Albert Hall, minutes from South Kensington underground station. Perfect for what we needed. Would definitely book again.

Lovely property, lots of character, clean room with good facilities and close to underground (2 min walk) Close to museums and Royal Albert Hall and plenty of cafes and restaurants in this area. South Kensington is a nice area and feels very safe.

Really enjoyed my stay at Brompton Hotel. Fabulous location a couple of steps from South Kensington station. The reception staff member was very helpful and the room was spotless and very cosy with everything you could need eg tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge etc and a smart refurbished bathroom. No complaints at all.

Room was lovely and clean. Brilliant nights sleep in a comfy bed. Own mini fridge,tv, kettle and shower room. Water pressure was brilliant considering we were on upper floor. Nice quality free toiletries. Staff were wonderful especially Ify. He found my credit card,which i hadn't realised I'd dropped. He returned it to me. They made us feel very safe.

I couldn’t fault my stay at the Brompton Hotel. It is extremely well situated, conveniently close to South Kensington tube station. Checking in was easy with Harry, who was welcoming, helpful and keen to know if I needed anything. I was given a quiet double room which was very clean and with a comfortable bed. The en suite shower room was gleaming and brand new. A thoroughly successful stay, good value for the money and I would certainly go back again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent location for museums, parks and plenty of local choice for restaurants, cafes and shops. Really close to South Kensington underground Hotel itself was clean, but 'tired' and in need of refurbishment, especially the bathroom. The reception staff were polite and helpful. No lift.

Wifi good, room clean but needs a coat of paint, staff very friendly, convenient location, just a shame about the stairs would have been nice to be offered help with suitcase up the stairs

Wish there were more places like this rather than the boring chain hotels or the poncey, overpriced posh places with all their flunkeys. It's down to earth, clean, basic, and in a great location at a very keen price. The very few staff I've met there are genuinely friendly and always so helpful. Highly recommended

Staff were nice and room was clean. Location was very handy and only steps from South Kensington Station and walking distance to museums and all sorts of restaurants. It's a great place to stay when you want to visit the area but just want a basic room for a reasonable price.
