"Absolutely incredible stay, gutted we were only there for one night! Fabulous breakfast, willing to help, received a discount and voucher on arrival to use in their pub (pies were soooo tasty). Only negative thing would be the lift is slightly slow but honestly not even an issue with limited rooms. I was surprised the lift was there! We were given a free upgrade to the “Hitchcock room” which was beautiful and more than enough space for all needs. Again, amazing stay highly recommend. "

"My family stayed at the apartment for 3 nights. We enjoyed our stay. The property is 5 minutes walk from Earl’s station. The check-in instruction was thorough. We had no problem to check-in contactlessly. We were able to check-in earlier which was very helpful. The only down-side I can think of is the building’s sound proof may not be the best. We lived on the first floor. We could hear people talking in the hallway, or even people on the street at night. However, it didn’t bother us that much...

"I had a lovely stay at 54 Queens Gate. I stayed for one week. The location was convenient. The amenities met my needs. The staff were kind and welcoming. Everything was in good working order. The shower was remarkably good. My only suggestion would be to not charge your guests for the buffet. There really weren't enough options there to make it worth paying. "

"Beautiful hotel! The bedroom was big and the section of the room with the pull out bed had its own bathroom and privacy. Train station one block down, lots of food spots to walk to. Overall the room was great!"

The area is also one of the most upscale in London—very safe. You can also walk to many sightseeing destinations such as: Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, V&A Museum, Harris’s, etc."

"Great traditional style hotel with an amazing bar. Friendly staff and convenient location. Only downside is it’s getting old and for some reason they put us in our 60’s right at the back on the 5th floor, which meant climbing narrow staircases to get to our room"

"This was a lovely property. It was walkable to lovely tourist areas. It had quite a British feel, and the staff service was superb. My small quibble was there were no hanging structures for garments in my room. While I appreciate I booked a small room. I find it difficult to understand how there could be nothing to hang not even a jacket. I would remove the desk and add a small bureau for hanging items. "
