This hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and so kind. It was also close to transportation, with a buss stop right out front of the door, an underground a block down and solid amenities in the same street. I will absolutely stay here again.

Great boutiqueā€”esq hotel on the main (high) street of Kensington. Very convenient. But the biggest praise is the staff, everyone is super helpful and dedicated the service, it just makes your stay that much better. Highly recommend!

We love this hotel. Staff is great, ac was great in a hot July, first room was a little small but then we switched after being away in the cotswolds and new room was great. Great location for breakfast and meals but the hotel has great offerings. We loved in London for years and really like the proximity of MeliĆ” and staff and rooms

This is a great location and exceptional staff. The room is nicely arranged w robes, a tea kettle and complimentary coffee and tea. While we were there, there was a planned hot water outage overnight, and elevator service which was a bit of a nuisance but overall a great stay. I would definitely return.
