"visitors from Sydney the property suited our needs .We had a 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor ,spacious ,kitchenette was handy with cereal ,tea coffee provided .Nice touch .Washer/dryer with pods for washing .Hairdryer was amazing for thick hair .The location was very good close to transport all around .Restaurants ,cafes nearby .Staff were excellent & very helpful . thank you ."

"Nice feel hotel and lovely room, but then the small things: support lug missing in wardrobe shelf, so when went to put clothes on front corner fell. A screw had been put in the back hole, so a fault known about but not resolved; no USBs anywhere, not even bedside sockets, Bedside array of light switch only control bedside light, have to walk to door to control main lights. And something else I can’t remember. "
