Clean rooms, charming exterior, welcoming staff, excellent location, fairly budget friendly for London. Highly recommend for a short stay. Only “not great” - there was almost no place to store clothes, and no electricity outlet in the bathroom. Neither would stop from staying there again.

Really nice comfortable well placed hotel.

A really nice comfortable hotel. The rooms are nice . Staff were friendly and efficient . The breakfast is highly recommended. In a great position for attractions such as museums and short walk to Harrods etc.

I took my mum to London for 3 days. I live in Canada and have not been to London for a number of years. The hotel was one of the options I could get booking from Canada, and was the most expensive option of the few I shirt listed. I was so happy we picked this hotel! The staff were AMAZING. They loved asking us where we had been and always made sure we knew where we were going and knew our tube route for the day. They really made my older mum feel very special and fussed over her bag carrying etc. After staying here, I will not stay anywhere else. Really made our little girls trip a fabulous trip!
