"Absolutely amazing stay from Monday through Friday. From the welcome drink at check in until we checked out we felt at home. We chose the all inclusive package that was well worth it. The buffet had amazing food and changed every meal (breakfast typically was the same but ALOT of options). The buffet was extremely busy but staff did an amazing job on keeping it stocked and clean. The sports bar was nice if you wanted a burger and a drink or just some ice cream during hours buffet wasn’t open. The pools were very nice and kid friendly, property is right on the ocean. The night entertainment was very fun and the star camp activities for kids were awesome. Our 4 year old loved it as did we. The absolute only thing in thought was weird was you had to pay to use safe and you had to leave a deposit for pool / beach towels. Other than that this hotel was perfect! Bus 32 from airport will drop you off two minute walk from door property and it runs every hr. "

"Fantastic hotel and amazing staff. The area around it is ok, beach is lovely but other than that it’s just a main road with a number of super touristy shops and restaurants. "

"From the moment we entered the hotel the excellent customer service and care started. There are staff who are greeted by regular holiday makers there as family. We arrived late and they had a chef make us some food which was totally above and beyond for the time we arrived. The hotel was fabulous had loads little rooms to relax, outdoor pool, indoor pool and gym looked immaculate The rooms are great and comfy The food was the best we have had in any hotel we been to. The great think about the Restaurant was you had your own table for the duration of your holiday. So you knew exactly where to sit and not feel rushed. The Entertainment was also amazing, Martin who has been there years, as he came and spoke to us always makes sure it’s a first class show It didn’t disappoint, we had Carlos who is Pavarotti, George Micheal, Robbie Williams then Queen, greatest act I have ever watched He is booked every other Monday during the peak season as he is so good and a real crowd pleaser"

"Lovely setting. Small but comfortable Sea view double room and bathroom (no tub, large shower). Excellent breakfast. Close to Pollenca which has a lot of great restaurant options. Easy access to Formentor area. The only negatives, a bit musty smelling - one pillowcase smelled mildewy, and the plumbing must be old. There's no dedicated parking; a small lot in front of the hotel has about 4 spots and there are parking limitations (no parking M-Sat from 0830-1330) but plentiful free parking is a 50m walk away. Overall really nice and we hope to return some day."

"We are really happy we chose this hotel. Very modern, clean and well organised hotel, people who work there very friendly, helpful, smiley and make you feel like on holiday every day. Pools were amazing, pool towels and spa are free, lots to do for small kids, our baby was overmoon. The highlight of the stay was huge variety of food to choose from during the breakfast and dinner, good quality aswell. Nice touch coffee jar given in the morning per table so you dont need to waste your time qeueing next to the machine. On Sunday they even gave prosecco for breakfast which was very nice surprise. Overall, amazing standard hotel, with lots of pools for kids and nice meals you can choose for your taste, clean and enjoyable atmosphere. Thank you, Definitely will come again and recommend to my friends and family."

"This is a lovely spacious complex, nice grounds, nice big pool. Food pretty standard but nicefresh fish and meat and nice eggs and omeletes for breakfast. Rooms are much better than the reviews say, and staff v friendly. The only reason we probably wouldnt go back is the way all the sunbeds are reserved at 9am and if you dont join them in reserving some you wont have a sunbed all day. It was very annoying!"

"The layout of the property did not feel hotel like which we loved, we stayed in the village room which was loverly with a balcony and loungers. The adults only area was perfect for us and quiet which included the breakfast room and pool area with a bar. To the other side of the hotel was the main pool and pool restaurant which was also great with a shop for essentials. We visited the buffet once which offered an abundance of everything for all ages. The water sports to the front of the hotel was also good to have. Alcudia and port pollensa were also close to travel with a taxi for around €10 in both directions. We would definitely go again. "
