This hotel was excellent. Would thoroughly recommend it and situated in a perfect location. The food was amazing, the rooms spacious and clean. The amenities were excellent and a fabulous pool area. Our stay was made extra special by all the staff, every single one of them. They were amazing and always willing to help, always greeted you with a smile. Special mentions to Manuel, Santi and Samanth. Would highly recommend

Comfortable

Great location, comfortable stay. Air conditioning didn’t work properly but opening the door to the large balcony helped with fresh air. There’s a small pool, gym would be nice.

4 charter stars hotell?

We stayed here for two weeks, family with 2 kids. We liked: roomsize, short walk to the beach, frontdesk personell. We misliked: WiFi almost nonexistent, ocasional smell from ventilation, no vacuum cleaning, overstressed personell in the restaurant, no playground/kids facilities, no gym.

Die Zimmer waren leider sehr hellhörig und beim Essen war’s sehr laut - zum Glück gab’s die Option draußen zu sitzen. Beim Essen gab’s keine große Abwechslung aber das ist wahrscheinlich Ansichtssache. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Défaut : un hôtel 3 étoile plutôt pas d’animation le buffet c’est pas ouf toujours la même chose au restaurant personnel sympa sinon le personnel de l’accueil c’est à revoir vraiment a part le monsieur on est arrivé tard à minuit on n’a même pas trouvé de serviette dans la chambre ni de bouteille d’eau sachant que l’eau n’est pas potable vraiment limite il nous ont laissé vu qu’on est en demi pension un plat de fromage et de pain chacun je n’ai pas apprécié Je me suis fais volé mon adaptateur et câble donc faites bien attention à vos affaires dans la chambre Puis le retour on a demandé à faire le Check out a 13h au lieu de midi ils ont refusé lol que apparement c’est complet en mi septembre la blague Qualité : l’hôtel est bien localisé à côté des médecins de pharmacie a 2min de playa de muro trois supermarchés à côté en terme de disponibilité c’est ouf mais sinon pas grand chose à faire à part la plage qui est super bien d’ailleurs chaude de ouf du 23 24 degrés je vous conseille vraiment alcudia c’est familiale y’a pas trop de fête c’est super calme c’est vraiment a l’opposé de Magaluf ou palma Sinon non je ne vous conseille pas cet hôtel honnêtement cherchez plutôt du 5 étoiles si vous souhaitez être vraiment bien. Sinon si vous n’êtes pas trop exigeant ça pourra faire l’affaire

Lo mejor la ubicación, la habitación, y que se aparca sin problemas en la misma puerta. Lo peor la piscina, que es pequeña, y la restauración, más propia de un dos estrellas y con horario de cena demasiado temprano.

La relacion costo/beneficio es muy mala. La habitación quedaba sucia despues de la limpieza y hasta hubo un dia que no la hicieron, faltaron toallas, jabon, etc. Se nota que la instalación del hotel es antigua y en algunos puntos le falta mantenimiento. El buffet no tenia lo que usualmente uno se encuentra en este tipo de hoteles. Para lo que sale la habitacion en muchos otros lugares del mundo la experiencia es mucho mejor. Como positivo, la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal.
