Gorgeous sea view from the room. Room was clean and well maintained. The shower sometimes pushed out very hot water for a few seconds but on the whole it was nice. Large walk in shower. The food was lovely and always a good selection. Staff could be a little bit off but on the whole friendly enough

Short walk to beach, worked well for LCT triathlon. As with most hotels in Alcudia at this time of year, they were shutting up for 4 months which meant that they were running out of a lot of stuff such as orange juice and white wine, bit of an issue if all inclusive. Most of the staff were pleasant. It is also would noting that Alcudia was a bit of a ghost town over the winter.

Nice holiday

Very nice area, close to the buss station, shops and beach. Very good food, friendly staff, and nice entertainment. Very clean room but a little bit small and the furniture need to be change because is old. Overall is quite and good hotel.

Strand direkt vorm Hotel. Nur die Straße durch queren. Buffet bietet viel Auswahl. Obere Stockwerke zu empfehlen da diese saniert wurden. Für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Würde es empfehlen.

Musiikkiohjelmat alkaa myöhään noin klo 22 ja jatkuu puoleen yöhön. Kuuluu ainakin lähihuoneistoihin. Rukailu sellaista "perusmättöä" menettelee, vie nälän. Yleisesti hieman ahdasta hakea ruokia. Aamiainen alkaa vasta klo. 8:00, voisi alkaa tuntia aiemmin. Huoneen lämmityslaite ei toiminut. Edullinen hotelli, säännölliset siivoukset, siistijöille pisteitä.

Could be better.

The hotel is located in a good position for the beach. It was very clean and the staff very friendly. The hotel needs updating. There was one electric plug in the bedroom halfway up the wall!! No use for charging phone. The bathroom was small, no shelves, no towels rails (these were left on a stool) and a shower so small that water went everywhere. I am about 5foot 4 and I hit my face on the taps every time I showered and my husband kept turning it off as there was no room to turn around. There was a TV on the wall above the door into the bathroom. OK to watch if you were in the bed looking at it but the other bed had hidden viewing because of the wardrobe. Beds comfy and room clean. Food was adequate. Good selection at breakfast and evening meal. An enjoyable stay though.

Hôtel décevant mais tres bien situé

Hôtel tres bien situé à alcudia. Proche de la mer et des commerces/restaurants. Mais décevant. Hôtel vieillissant. Lit peu confortable. Chambre bruyante. Parti du 7 au 14 oct, bar extérieur fermé le soir alors que l'hôtel était toujours complet. Animation peu intéressante. Et population de l'hôtel assez âgée. Pas très intéressant pour un jeune couple ou un séjour entre amis. Mais dans l'ensemble semaine de vacances tres correct nous ne sommes pas beaucoup restés à l'hôtel.

Nor good enough!

Could not live up to basic safety regulations, several times there was power-failure, and the fire doors did not close as they should. The same ting on every floor. That did not feel good when I was traveling with my tow children. The elevators was in very poor condition, people got stuck every other day.

Slitt hotell

Hotellet trenger oppgradering. Kan umulig klassifiseres som et hotell med 3 stjerner. Veldig lytt, hører alt som foregår på naborommene. Ferien vår ble reddet av fin strand og bra nærområde. Hadde all inklusiv, men spiste som regel middag ute.

Problema de los ascensores! Por dios! Nos tocaba subir andando hasta el séptimo piso todos los días! El resto bien, la comida decente, bastante variedad, el personal amable, mucha animación, si buscais descansar, igual no es el lugar, en la piscina siempre hay actividades y no te puedes bañar tranquilamente si lo deseas, porque es bastante pequeña, pero si te gusta el entretenimiento muy bien. Los shows de por la noche muy entretenidos! Las bebidas del todo incluido enfocadas a ingleses, a mi gusto, muy poca calidad, marcas blancas y vasos de plástico, pero aun así Repetiría.

Et generelt godt ophold på et dejligt hotel

Generelt var det et godt ophold. Manden der var i receptionen da jeg ankom, var ikke særlig god til engelsk, så han var svær at forstå. Jeg havde bestilt halvpension, men han informerede mig ikke om, at der ikke hørte drikkevarer med i aftenmåltidet, så det var lidt pinligt syntes jeg, at jeg var ved at tage sodavand, og så der kommer en tjener og siger, det må du ikke... Det havde været rart at vide inden. Jeg syntes elevatorsystemet ikke er ideelt til sådan et stort hotel.. De 2 elevatorer var meget tit optaget og man stod og ventede ret længe på dem. Rengøringspersonalet burde have deres egen elevator, da de optager elevatoren rigtig meget om morgenen og formiddagen når de skal op og ned med alle deres ting.

Hôtel proche de la plage,du port et des transports en commun. Piscine trop petite. Chambre très petite et salle de bain minuscule. Très beau buffet, plats variés bien présentes Personnel en salle très efficace . Difficile de trouver des personnes comprenant le français. Peu (voir pas )de brochure en français.

Rommet var så lite at man ikke kom rundt senga med kofferten. Dusjen var like liten, tipper 0,5 kvm. Man kunne ikke snu seg i dusjen uten å skru den av, og hele badet ble et badebasseng. Mugg og vond lukt på badet. Veldig lytt på rommene. Frokosten var bra, men det var alt for mange mennesker på ett sted. Vaskepersonalet gjorde en god jobb, og hotellet fremstod rent! Kommer ikke til å reise tilbake!

excellent hotel for a family holiday

beach family holiday with 4 year old child. we stayed half board. the staff the location and the food were excellent. one of the lifts was broken but that really was a minor issue.

April Woche

Ein etwas älteres 3 Sterne Hotel.. Das Zimmer war etwas größer als das Bett.. Keine Möglichkeit Kleider aufzuhängen außer im Schrank.. Dusche für mich ausreichend für kräftige Leute wirds eng! Fahrstuhl blieb fast täglich hängen.. Pool ok.. Lage zum Strand und Ort ebenso.. Essen typisch spanisches Buffer.. Man findet aber immer etwas. Fleisch, Fisch immer genug vorhanden.. Ich war tagsüber immer unterwegs und abends zeitig im Bett.. Zur Animation kann ich daher nichts sagen
