They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. "I stayed here for the 5 nights I was in Cusco. The location was super convenient which had me coming back. My first four nights i had a room overlooking the city and let me tell you, it is loud at night. I came to realize this hostel is located on a street with parties every night lol. Overall though, I did enjoy this property and felt pretty comfortable. "

"Out hotel stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing to meet anny of our needs, and our room was nice and clean. Really great location in Cusco as well. The only complaint is the bathroom did not have very good ventilation, so it stayed humid and steamy for a long time. Otherwise everything was perfect! "

"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. We made do, but this was our only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic - amazing staff and service, amazing food, beautiful building and...

"Son una ESTAFA , cuando llegamos al lugar supuestamente ellos ya no eran los dueños y no eran los dueños , pero lo más que hablamos con ellos nos dimos cuenta que si lo eran y que estaban encargados de la propiedad y que solo decidieron darle a nuestra habitación a otras personas . Si no fue que expedía nos da la opción de pagar en el lugar hubiéramos pagado dos veces . Tenga cuidado antes de hacer una reservación con este lugar en específico."

"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order.
