If you're looking for a quiet room undisturbed by the comings and goings of other guests, this is the spot. Staff service was excellent, and facilitated storing of bags for bookings broken up by a trip to Machu Picchu and before leaving to the airport. Service came with a smile, breakfast to go was packed for extra early checkout for a trip to Rainbow Mountain. Only very minor complaint was the shower system. If you don't like rain showers, the alternative was this odd pair of jets that sprayed you at mid-torso height.

Wonderful boutique hotel. The moment we arrived staff assisted us with our luggage and helped us to our room. All of the staff were very friendly, but Guido stood out throughout our stay. He was always asking how we were doing and quick to recommend anything. The property is 5 star hotel worthy. Great stay and perfect location.

Overall, a wonderful stay in Cusco. The hotel provided us with a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after our adventures in Cusco and the surrounding areas. Especially at Cusco’s high altitude, the added oxygen in the room was very helpful and made our stay much more comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel so much that we booked it again for our return after hiking the Inca Trail. Highly recommended!

This was an exceptional hotel. Absolute beautiful and well equipped with great amenities, great staff and in a perfect location. Don’t hesitate. This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever. Great location close to Plaza del Armas, but just far enough away to be quieter. The staff was incredible - so professional and accommodating. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained and actually is a living museum with many 17th and 18th century art and furniture pieces! The room was clean with a colonial charm paired with a modern bathroom. The restaurant was convenient and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again.
