They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. "A very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location in the historic centre of Lima. The decor of the hotel was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. On a hill, but that comes with staying in the historical area. Very nicely decorated breakfast restaurant...with the best breakfast in Peru! Everything close by, including a laundrette where you can get your laundry done in the same day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for a business or tourist trip to Cusco."

"Location is great, walkable to historic center, shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but filling. However, the showers were cold 3 of 5 total nights we were there, frequently we had no bath towels, sometimes no soap or shampoo and once they took the roll of toilet paper out of the bathroom after cleaning. Fortunately my husband found the supply closet so we could restock."
