"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. We stayed 4 nights (Sept 2022) in the Master Suite and found the facility to be exceptional and yet not crowded. The breakfast buffet, and restaurant are well above your normal continental breakfast, they will cook you and omelet/poach eggs for you but the other food may tempt you enough that you won’t need anything cooked to order. "We had a wonderful experience staying here. The guys at the front desk were so welcoming and very helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which was great! They were also very attentive to our needs and I truly felt well cared for during my entire stay. The rooms are so beautiful and I had an amazing view of the city from my balcony. "Was appreciative that Donny, the owner met us at 6 am for a super early check in. The house though old has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Location, a short walk to San Pedro market and Plaza de Armas, is a big plus."

"A lovely small hotel with nicely appointed rooms on a quiet one way street. It is just a few blocks up the hill from the heart of Cusco. Breakfasts are delicious and can be enjoyed in one’s room, on the terrace, or in the breakfast room. A really lovely place with beautiful plants in the small courtyard. "

"This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask."

"This was a wonderful hotel. The breakfast area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious! The room was beautiful and very clean. Our only irk was that we got a room with the jetted tub, but the hot water was minimal and the water pressure was minimal so it took very long to fill the tub and by the time it filled, the water was not very warm. We made do, but this was our only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is fantastic - amazing staff and service, amazing food, beautiful building and...
