"Beautiful hotel in the centre of Leeds, shops, bars and restaurants all close by. Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Dean and his colleague on reception when we checked in as they recommended 2 amazing restaurants. Dean was fantastic and always warm and friendly whenever you saw him. Loved this hotel and would happily go back. "

"Hotel and location great. Toilet blocked in the morning and we told reception when we went to breakfast but still wasn’t fixed when we came back an hour later. Had to call again and insist someone comes to sort out it as there isn’t a toilet brush in the room, finally someone came but initially they said there were no maintenance people , it was 7:30 am when we first told them "

"Staff and service were great. Reception area was very nice but the rooms looked a little tired and could do with an update. TV had few channels that actually worked, only BBC and a few others."

"Lovely welcome. Room clean Only downside was the family room was facing the car park and outside of the window was a gang of drug users. At 3am they starting fighting obviously high on drugs. A little bit intimidating to my daughters and I. Maybe you could have cameras to be aware if this? "

"Great stay at the Hilton. Staff super friendly and efficient. Particular thanks to Cat at reception, who sorted out some printing for me and was most helpful. Hotel is being renovated but no impact on the peacefulness of the stay. Bed comfortable, room clean and spacious. Only wish there was a fridge in the room, extra light above the mirror in the bathroom and windows could be opened a crack. Food at the restaurant was much better than this type of hotels usually have and good spread at...

"Beautifully presented hotel and room, lovely stay. Super comfy bed (we opted for the King room). And the shower was nice and powerful. In terms of the location, the hotel is right on the back of Greek St with loads of cocktail bars and restaurants nearby. Close walking distance to the shopping area too. Will stay again when next in Leeds."
