The size of the room was fantastic! I would also like to give a special mention to the young lady who met us when we got to the restaurant for breakfast this morning; you find in most hotels the hosts for breakfast are quite dry and not very welcoming but she was fantastic and so bubbly / welcoming!

Our stay at Radison blu was amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Easy check-in and the room was clean, modern, and spacious with complementary water and room temp control. Bathroom seemed a lot less recently refurbished than the room itself with staining and was generally shabby. But overall, a good value stay.

Great location for the Arena. Breakfast was good. Check in painfully slow until a more experienced staff member came on to help. What was really annoying though - the air con stopped as if on a timer every couple of hours and then the room became extremely warm. The windows opened onto the enclosed shopping centre so no air from there. Meant we had a really bad night’s sleep, which is not ideal
