Our stay at Radison blu was amazing from beginning to end! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was ideal, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend Radison blu in Leeds to anyone visiting the area. Great location for the Arena. Breakfast was good. Check in painfully slow until a more experienced staff member came on to help. What was really annoying though - the air con stopped as if on a timer every couple of hours and then the room became extremely warm. The windows opened onto the enclosed shopping centre so no air from there. Meant we had a really bad night’s sleep, which is not ideal

The hotel is in a perfect location. The reception staff were unpleasant or unavailable and hidden. clients were a hinderence. Bedroom cleaning etc was perfect. Fridge cabinet door didn't fit so the light from the fridge was very noticeable top and bottom at night.

Good location in the Centre but not too noisy. Modern decor but upkeep not great (bathroom had so many water marks and grouting messy). Also had put a note in the booking saying we needed two beds and when we arrived the sofa bed still wasn't made up, but to be fair housekeeping rectified this by the time we came back from dinner. Having said all this, I would stay here again.
