Lovely hotel conveniently positioned for our sale at armley museum, good amenities given its right by the services. Only gripe is the shower screen allows a lot of water to escape as the shower is really powerful ( no complaints there) breakfast is great so all in all we highly recommend this place

Stayed as a family of four, spacious room with a bed for us all rather than the usual sofa bed that the children have to share. Room refreshed when requested and helpful to be in such close proximity to numerous shops/amenities at the services. Surprisingly quiet given the potential for a lot of traffic, ideal for travelling around the region for days out with children, whether it be York, Harrogate or Leeds.

Room on ground floor with outlook onto the meadow. Room was clean and tidy, shower was great, very powerful, iron and hairdryer, plenty of hangers. Bed was comfortable. Tv could be a bit bigger but no big deal. Plenty of room.

Nice, clean and decently sized rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We like to stay here when we come up to Leeds for a concert, it's half the price of a city centre hotel and only 15 minutes in a taxi.

Clean room, great staff, easy parking, nice location. Shower should have a wider screen as water splashes everywhere during showering. Enjoyed the stay with family.
