The room was great size, nice and clean. My only issue was the coldness of the staff I emailed. I told them this is a special occasion as we got married on that day and bought additional extras which were provided but they left a note of "happy anniversary.." Well its a tiny thing but that extra bit of attention would have been great. Also maybe just say congrats in the email when you hear someone is getting married and want to stay at your hotel, its not that hard. :) Overall I would still rate our stay as great, room was outstanding and the view was great.

Convienient location for exploring Leeds city centre. Room was spacious and well equipped. Hotel bar area was pleasant. Parked at the nearby recommended multi storey car park which I’d recommend.

Room #228 & surrounding rooms I imagine are directly by a bar/club outside that has music blaring til at-least 3am on a Friday night & I suspect other evenings also. Not the hotels fault but so very loud. I think the sound proofing needs accessing urgently. Could hear other rooms way too clearly also.

Nice clean rooms and lovely staff. Loved the bathroom decor and the rainfall shower. For the price I paid definitely worth the stay over some other hotel in the area.
