Online check-in was great. Staff were courteous and public areas of the hotel were top notch. We had a small issue in the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bed and pillows were firmer than we like, but not unacceptable. Over all we had a pleasant stay at Hollins Hall Hotel; thank you.

Room was good and the staff helpful on checking in and out I did eat in the restaurant and although fully booked they managed to get me a table. The food however was average. Not enough to complain about but the batter on my fish was not crispy all the way through so was soggy on the inside. I had had a long day and wanted my bed so it was too late to get it exchanged. I like to use this hotel for early flights at Leeds Bradford airport. You should capitalise on this as you are minutes away from the airport.

All as expected. A special mention to the F&B team in the restaurant, they were attentive, professional, clear polite and friendly. A special mention to the 'burgundy-not-burgundy' waitress who was beautiful and lit up the room. Hopefully she receives this feedback which is genuine and shared in good faith.

Lovely 2 night stay for our anniversary using the bridal suite! The room is well laid out and spacious. The amenities are good and food is of good quality. We couldn’t fault the service and how pleasant the staff were. My only niggle was the fried eggs in the morning could have been better if kept heated on the buffet. But overall and excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choice and great quality.

Hotel room lovely and clean. Really comfortable and lots of room. Disappointed that the restaurant was fully booked even though we weren't told too book on check in and also disappointed that even with a full hotel they shut the bar at 10.30, ushered us out and put the shutters down.
