"Amazing stay for my partners birthday. Room was very well presented and hotel offered to provide flowers to celebrate and even a happy birthday message written in chocolate! Absolutely recommend the rooms with a sea view, it really doesn’t disappoint at all! The larger rooms are well worth it, tons of extra space and let you really appreciate the design of the rooms. "Check-in was incredibly slow. We tried to check-in early but we’re asked to return at 4pm at which point the queue was out the door! We returned twice over the next two hours to find the queue just as long. Eventually we bit the bullet and queued for around 40mins. Otherwise the hotel was all fine. Staff friendly, food good, room clean etc."

"Great location, especially it you travel by train, exit from the side of the station and a somewhat smelly :-( municipal lift (not within control of the hotel) will take you almost to the front entrance and reception. The Lanes (great shops and cafes) and the seafront are a short walk away. Wonderful reception staff, a good buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean apartment. The only downside was the very clean bathroom. The walk in shower needs retro fitting with a sliding door,...

"We paid £136 per night excluding B/Fast & Parking. Check in was quick and we were upgraded to a larger room at the back of the hotel on the 4th floor as requested.(thank you for that) Parking is shockingly expensive in Brighton; the hotel was quoted at £30 per night so we used the adjacent carpark for £25/ night. Also breakfast was quoted at £26 per night so we used the Regency cafe next door where we had breakfast for £15. The room was spactious but decor is tired, the shower tray was split...

"Very nice little hotel in the countryside which is with close proximity to the A21. Staff were all very helpful, polite and friendly. Facilities in the hotel were very good, although the room could do with a little modernization to include USB charging points and bedside cabinets on both sides of the bed. Also, the bathroom could do with being updated. Would stay here again though."
