Fantasic I will definitely stay again. My room had a kitchen with microwave grill, toaster, kettle and hob. Not much space for clothes in cupboard. I went for a standard room. Bring washing powder if you plan to use the free laundry to avoid having to buy a box. Staff excellent. Free tea and coffee. Highly recommend.

Well this was a surprise. Welcoming staff. Helpful discount on nearby parking at the railway station. A great room with well equipped kitchenette - it even had a dishwasher! The blockout curtains work. It was quiet, although I think rooms 001 to 003 are probably among the least peaceful. Breakfast was also something of a revelation - its much more than a basic continental breakfast and the hot selection is actually hot rather than tepidly warm. I'd certainy return if I needed to be in Brighton.
