Great Breakfast, good location, clean rooms, friendly staff
Mohamedbon reception was was professional and started our stay on a positive. It was my wifes birthday and the room was spotless. Plus the housekeeping staff made a lovely job of wishing her a happy birthday.
The hotel is perfectly placed to explore and enjoy all that Brighton has to offer.

Lovely and clean room and the bathroom and facilities were great. We were welcomed with a smile and the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
I got an email to say room was ready at 2 pm,which was brilliant. Easy check-in and room was modern, clean and perfect for what we wanted.. The location is brilliant, very close to the sea front and a few minutes walk to the shops. Lovely breakfast too, we will definitely stay again.
Lovely room, but cold. Nice view. Very, very comfy beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Great location for the price also.
We had a false fire evacuation during the night, which was unfortunate but handled well by staff and late checkout offered to compensate.
Modern hotel in a good location. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
