I stay here frequently and the staff is beyond fantastic! It’s a very clean hotel and super convenient to Gatwick Airport on the Hoppa bus (approx 5 minute ride ) Menu options are very good offered both in dining room and in spacious bar/lounge area. Room service is available. Full breakfast buffet is also very good! My favorite part is the outside terrace with tables where guest can enjoy coffee, drinks or even eat their meal.
