"If this property had air conditioning it would be perfect… We were brought a fan without issue, but had to “build” a place for it to sit to be effective due to the lack out outlets near the bed… Staff were helpful, wonderful location, accommodation comfortable… the addition of air conditioning would make it damn near perfect. Love Derry, wonderful town! "

"The room was a little dated with torn carpets and signs of wear in the bathroom. The room was comfortable enough although there was noise outside late at night and early morning with staff emptying bins. The bar was good and outside seating areas were a nice addition. A half hour walk along the river takes you into the city."

Our room was a superior double with seaview, we had a balcony with views over the bay, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean - everything we needed. Dinner on Friday and breakfast on Saturday were both lovely, as were all the staff - very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to return. "

"Such a lovely stay with the added personal touch from all staff. The house is beautiful and Sean gave us a tour around with great knowledge of the history. We were able to order from either bar menu or restaurant menu and food was amazing. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails after dinner in the small cosy bar were Valerie was very attentive.
