The staff was very friendly, the room could have been more up to date. No reading lamps or outlets near the beds. The water pressure for the shower was a bit weak. The hotel had ample parking and the staff was very helpful.

Property was well cared for, bedroom was noisy with traffic travelling nearby, breakfast was very poor, served up luke warm as a buffet not good. The reception area was excellent with lots of comfortable seating. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Drinks in the bar very expensive 2 gin & tonic £21.

Best cooked breakfast l’ve ever had!

Best cooked breakfast I’ve experienced, love the sausages, Soda and potato bread, and white pudding (1st time), great service by Jasper, breakfast by Emma. Very comfortable and large bed, easy parking right outside hotel, located in quiet area just 5 mins from city centre. Excellent!

Check in was difficult i was told that i hadnt paid for the room as they only take payment on arrival. This took a long time to resolve as i had already paid through hotels.com. Room was basic but comfortable except for the bathroom. The tolet was to close to the shower so you had to sit sideways. I would not recommend for taller or disabled people. Food was nice. Guinness was bad.

Really impressive communal area in reception and the bar. Hotel breakfast was average but all staff were great. Room was nice, and bed super comfortable and huge.
