Great staff and very enjoyable stay

The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the leisure facilities which are well run. We especially liked the restaurant due to great staff, especially Joy! The bar was great too, lovely wine and a brilliant singer as an extra treat on Saturday night.

Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Loads of parking available, easy access to roads and a great area. Rooms are reasonable, got a good nights sleep. Dinner is ok in the restraunt. Good selection for breakfast too.

Lovely stay, great staff

We stayed for 2 nights with our 18 month old daughter. Lovely hotel, pool was great. We thought breakfast was goid value and plenty of choice. We ate in the restaurant one nighy and the food was delicious. The staff were helpful especially the barman who was so friendly and welcoming. A great stay!

We couldn’t get breakfast despite being members of rewards scheme, was told we had to book direct and book an executive room. Food quality in restaurant was poor. Room wasn’t cleaned till late afternoon. Pool cold on second day. Staff very friendly and attentive when we had requests.
