"As always a great experience here from check in to check out. Easy all the way and a great team. My only grizzle this time was getting two overlarge single beds rather than one very large king bed as I normally do - but not the hotel's fault ... "

"Currently under refurbishment Altho this wasn’t a major but something to be aware of. Noisy fan in 2nd bedroom that goes all the time is very annoying & led to very broken sleep. No aircon so bedrooms very stuffy as no windows. Outstanding views, beautiful, well equipped rooms. "

"We got a lake front room which was a real treat for us. Staff are really lovely and helpful. Sauna and hottub were appreciated after long hikes. No coffee machine in the room but their restaurant provides all day service with barista coffee and other drinks. Rooms a bit noisy as not sound proof so expect to hear your neighbours if they talk loudly. "
