"This is our second visit and we loved it. Staff are always so friendly, welcoming and the food is amazing. Breakfast is great! We did the moderate recommended walk after our stay and no issues with us leaving the car. The views were great but it was hard work getting up them hills at some points on uneven ground. The local area is nice, the castle is great and the Dutch pancake house up the road is worth a visit. "

"What a diamond we’ve found. Beautifully situated and good parking. Spotless clean throughout the period property with a sense of luxury. Extremely comfortable stay which I was made even more special by the young lady at reception who booked us in early and served us at breakfast. We are dairy and gluten free by allergy which can be challenging to find suitable restaurants however the hotel catered for us and probably one of the breakfasts we’re had in a long time. "Lovely accommodation in the Honeysuckle suite, very quiet and spotlessly clean. All needs catered for and bottles of water and milk for tea and coffee replenished daily. Very friendly professional hosts and the breakfast was delicious. Great location for motorway and central to many interesting parts of North Wales but set off the main road by a long driveway. "Because it was a holiday weekend, and it rained, and there were accidents, we were 2 hours late, and one hour after check in. We called, and Ian said "No problem". We walked in and I was apologizing like mad, and Ian just said "You are here now, just relax". I could have hugged him! The house is beautiful, the décor just lovely.
