"Girlfriend and I had a very relaxing trip. The butler service is 10/10. Cannot recommend Villa 66 enough (Bernardo and George are the best). Drinks were good but inconsistent across the resort. Lots of restaurants across all of the resorts (we couldn’t do half of them in 8 days!). Private pool was awesome, can’t recommend enough. Good access to lots of Cenotes nearby. "Second time at this resort. Food and service were excellent, but they did not provide the same level of service we had received the first time. Non vacation club members (like us) were left feeling like the value of our dollar was less. The sales pitch upon arrival watered down our arrival experience."

"Great stay. Everything was as described. Host was very helpful and responsive. The only flaw is to get to this property. The google map doesn’t show the exact location. Use the pin point the host send instead of searching the address. Other than that everything else is good. "

"The room itself was beautiful we used the outdoor bathtub everyday it was so romantic. The location is only about a mile away from the beach which is very convenient. When booking we didn’t realize it’s an independently owned apartment in a complex and not a hotel. With that in mind - they only give you 2 towels for the beach/pool and you can’t request more at the desk. Also the front desk staff was inexperienced. "
