"Diego was awesome and explained everything about the property. We were welcomed with a drink and a cold wet cloth which was much needed after our walk to the hotel. Loved this place and they even have a DJ in the cenote area. Definitely recommend this place."

The only comments I have is that I wish they allowed people to sign out bicycles, more than just the guided tour they give. Also, it was difficult to get into some restaurants becuase they were booked, but each restaurant we went to had a lot of open tables, so they could easily accommodate more people on an hour than what they allow. "Beach was dirty and full of rocks. It is almost impossible to get in water because of rocks."

"Dining options were good! Our room was clean and updated! We enjoyed the mini bar snacks and the glass bottles of water. Shuttle services inside the resort was good! Drinks at the bars were not amazing. Staff was mostly great! We saw a few inappropriate behaviors between some staff on a few different occasions. Check in was easy! "

And don’t worry, if you want to step out to the night life/ beach parties, it’s just a 15 min cab ride, then back to Zen and relaxation. A must book! Perfect balance. They are all so kind, so nice and very accommodating. I could really go on and on about the staff. The staffs that cleaned my room. Organized it so well, I called my mom and told her 😂.
