I love how friendly the staff are. They try to make you feel like family. They are incredibly friendly. Everything is including which makes your stay that much enjoyable. And the entertainment is excellent and fun!

I loved this resort. It’s everything you can ask for in a resort. Staff are very friendly and understanding. Even on rainy days the staff make the resort fun by the entertainment team which entertainment is 10/10 by the way. No issues food was great. Spa was great.

I liked the pool, the service was really good and the property was really pretty. The staff that were great were the following: Horacio did an amazing job! Also liked Saturno, Yessica and Salvador. It was a peaceful and nice place.

Internet , Staff , Bed Comfort and Amenities are all 10!!! Food I give a 6 . Had a great time the beach did disappoint us the area to enter on the resort so brown full of algae and felt like big stones at the button even with water shoes uncomfortable but again my trip was great
