Great stay. Very clean, excellent service, beautiful landscaping and beach, easy beach access. Areas for improvement I would suggest to offer more variety of typical Mexican food, and allow to reserve the places to stay at the beach or add more sits.

This place is amazing but the customer service is outstanding. They go above and beyond for the best service. Gorgeous place .worth every penny

The property is in a beautiful jungle feel setting. The room we had was the jungle deluxe suite.The room was spacious. But the bathrooms were awkwardly designed, specially, the sink and the mirror position. Breakfast was good but dinner at the same place was very average. the La popular restaurant by the beach had good food and beautiful setting. the food service at all the restaurants was very slow. One thing I have to say about Expedia booking this hotel was a lot of misinformation.On Expedia site said breakfast was included with the room but it was not included!!
