"Cute little apartment. When we checked in, David showed us around, explaining how to use the TV, etc., and where important items were located. The Wifi worked well. The bed was comfortable. We had requested a baby bed, and it was there and set up for us when we arrived. The hosts were polite and very helpful. The apartment is in a great location, across the street from a small park, a pizzeria, a pub, and two great little coffee shops. There's a pharmacy and food mart nearby, and it's a straight...

"I have stayed at the Esplanade several times over the years. It changes little but always seems fresh. I noticed they have dropped the door keys with the large tassels for tap keys. Shame but it will not stop me stayong again! This is a top European elegance hotel. Rooms are large. I was recognised and upgraded. It has a lovely terrace and memorablr breakfast. I look forward to my next stay. "

"Le Premier is an excellent hotel providing us with room upgrade to a suite, breakfast & dinner were well prepared and tasty. Complimentary use of sauna which helped my wife with her sore back from long plane ride. Great location and staff gave useful advice. The room was a bit warm from central temp. control. A high class hotel."

"Close to Zagreb station. Facilities. Good staff. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pillows were new and too deep, but that should not be a permanent problem. Everything else was perfect."

"My husband and I stayed three nights at the Westin. Overall the stay was good but we were first surprised by the big deposit they asked us to pay at check in as this was not communicated before by the property. When we first walked into the room we noticed stains and dirt on the bed sheet, not something you would expect from a chain like the Westin, however we asked them to change the sheets and they did right away. The hotel is at close proximity to all attractions in the city."

"Worst customer service ever, they gave the door codes to me at 9:35pm on the 2nd and they were meant to be sent at 11am on the 1st (24 hours before check in).... so i was stuck without somewhere to stay 15000km from home. Not only this but the numner they gave me was actually for a hospital in Zagreb... After all that I tried to get some sort of refund from them and they blatently refused. Lying saying they sent email on time but I even sent myself test emails to make sure mailbox was working....
