"Great location and well appointed rooms. Close to the bus station which we had to use. The front desk staff were very helpful and eager to help. We dined in the hotels restaurant and were pleasantly surprised how good the food was and how reasonably priced. I would stay there again. Robert"

"Property was in an easily accessible location. Room was nice and clean, bed and shower were great. Nice breakfast as well. There was the pet cockatoo that kept us company outside of his cage and just pooped on the floor as we were eating in the breakfast space. Unsanitary! Perhaps due to the name I was expecting a more hotel like environment when in fact these are rooms in a house. Did not have a “suite” feel at all. Patio was also communal and you have to exit the front door of your room...

"We stayed in the private apartment across the courtyard from the hostel. It was perfect, everything we need including washer, full kitchen, comfy bed, ground level (though steps up to bedroom), and great wifi; clean & modern. Though it is off a very busy street, the courtyard buffers the sound. There is also a wine bar, pizza place, and sex shop in the same courtyard, so convenient! "My husband and I stayed three nights at the Westin. Overall the stay was good but we were first surprised by the big deposit they asked us to pay at check in as this was not communicated before by the property. When we first walked into the room we noticed stains and dirt on the bed sheet, not something you would expect from a chain like the Westin, however we asked them to change the sheets and they did right away. The hotel is at close proximity to all attractions in the city."

"Excellent location as it was an easy walk to the centre of Zagreb but bus and tram options were also available. It benefited from very friendly and helpful staff. It was of a pretty basic quality but represented good value for money. Although close to the road noise was not an issue. I would be happy to stay here again if passing through Zagreb. "
